We’ve officially completed the delivery of the new 30-meter winding machine

.

With the shipment of the Filament Winding (FW) module and the headstock/tailstock assembly, we’ve officially completed the delivery of all major components of the new 30-meter winding machine for carbon fiber motor casing production.

This is not just a logistical milestone — it’s the result of months of engineering, coordination, and parallel teamwork across multiple specialized units.

The FW module is designed for the automatic winding of prepreg and dry carbon fiber on axisymmetric geometries.
It features a 6-axis interpolated CNC winding head capable of handling complex paths with variable winding angles.
The system includes:

  • Active tension control with continuous feedback
  • Synchronized cartesian motion between head and mandrel axis
  • Quick-change spool system and integrated filament cutting
  • Support for liner winding with position tracking and adaptive trajectory
  • Compatibility with backing film materials
  • Adjustable compaction system

The headstock and tailstock form the structural and rotational core of the system. Designed to support mandrels up to 60 tons, they ensure precise alignment, zero-backlash transmission, and include active support units for flex control.

Each module followed its own development path. Today, they come together as a single integrated system.

👏 A sincere thank-you to everyone who brought this project to life — one module at a time.
🔧 Now we move into the integration and commissioning phase. We’re ready.
