In our in-house Research & Development laboratory, our AFP – Efesto has just successfully completed the fiber placement phase, precisely meeting the lay-up parameters and deposition angles required.
The process now continues with vacuum baggin, a crucial step to complete the production cycle, ensuring perfect compaction and laminate quality, resulting in reliable, defect-free components.
But our R&D laboratory goes far beyond production.
We develop and test new deposition processes, perform material testing, analyze and validate process parameters, and conduct performance and resistance testsโand much more.
