This week marks an important step forward in the development of our new winding machine for the production of carbon fiber motor casings.
We’ve just completed and shipped the rubber module, one of the system’s key components.
The winding machine, which spans 30 meters in length, is composed of several independent and highly specialized modules.

- Automatic Tape Laying (ATL)
- Rubber Module
Its complexity reflects the extensive know-how required and the strong collaboration across our teams.
To meet the technical and organizational challenges, Gruppo Esea has deployed dedicated work teams operating in parallel — enabling us to develop each module efficiently while optimizing both time and resources.
The rubber module has been engineered to deliver maximum precision in tape placement, release film application, and velcro positioning, all supported by automated systems for tape splicing and film removal.
