This line has been designed and built to guarantee 30 manual assembly stations for domestic boilers.
The line consists of two sections of catenary about 80 meters long equipped with a triple chain with an idle central roller.
The pallet that slides on the catenary is composed of a base in burnished steel and a customized over-pallet which allows to house both the burner cap and the combustion chamber at the same time.
The return of the pallet will take place below the catenary itself using a lift system at the beginning and at the end of the line.
Each operator station is equipped with a PC with monitor, barcode reader, push-button panel and pneumatic tools for assembling the boilers.
