🔧 Progress continues on our new winding machine project! 🔧
Following the shipment of the rubber module, this week we’ve reached another key milestone with the completion and delivery of the ATL (Automatic Tape Laying) module.
The winding machine, which spans 30 meters in length, is composed of several independent and highly specialized modules, each designed to deliver maximum precision in the manufacturing of carbon fiber motor casings.
The ATL module is engineered to lay carbon fiber tapes on cylindrical or conical surfaces, with helical angles ranging from -60° to +60°, and includes:
- Precise control of compaction force
- Accurate layer placement
- Continuous in-cycle tape cutting
- Remote visual monitoring via camera system
Thanks to the coordinated work of our teams, the project is moving forward on schedule — with no compromises in quality, safety, or performance.
A big thank-you to everyone who contributed to this achievement.
Now, we move forward with the final modules of the system.
